how to setup Outlook Web Access

i have an Exchange 2000 Server behind a cisco pix firewall. i have been asked to setup Outlook Web Access so users can access it from the internet, but have no idea where to start. security is a big factor - but they want to do it anyway :(

any help would be most appreciated.

i'm having some problems with it aswell, at least make it run on ssl and open port 80 and 443, that should fix you up for a bit, for the rest i'm in the dark aswell a bit. i cant seem to get any inboxes except mine and the one of another administrator and it wont even open all emails.
