I am wondering if there is an easy way to print the contents of an LMDListBox?

If it has a TStringList as Items property or whatever and you want to just print these items then yes:

uses ..., Printers;
var
  AFile:TextFile;
begin
  AssignPrn(AFile);
  Rewrite(AFile);
  Write(AFile, LMDListBox.Items.Text);
  CloseFile(AFile);
end;

Or something similar.
