Urgent help needed on enable japanese language in redhat linux 7.3

Hi,

I have installed redhat linux 7.3 english version.Now i want to enable "japanese" language in this linux.How to do that. Can some body help me.This is very urgent need for me.Once if  i enable japanese everything should be japanese.How can i get back to english. Is it possible?.
