I want to boot off of the A:  drive, but when I shut down and restart with the boot disk in, it still boots off of the hard drive. I know that the solution is an easy one, but I'm stumped. HELP!!

Greetings, chesgems!
Change the boot sequence in the Bios.  Boot up to the Bios settings by hitting DEL, F1 or F2, or F10.  During the memory test, the screen tells to which key to hit.

Best wishes, war1

Mozilla.  Do a search for it?  Look for the name of the exe file.  Check for the name from the downloaded site.

I did do a search for it, but to no avail. I will find it eventually, when I know more of what the heck I am doing.

I thought that you all might want to know about how my first pop quiz went????

I did terrible. I was pretty much given my score of 76. Teach said he was being kind......:-(

I'm sorry to disapoint any one, but I guess I need to pay attention more and study a lot harder.

I will try harder, and do my best. I really love computers, and want to be great at what I do, (fix them). Maybe with a little help from my freinds, I'll ace the next test in a couple of weeks. There's nine of us in the class, and the teach has his favorites. It's pretty obvious but, I suppose that's the way it goes, some of us are left hanging, while he get's intense with the pet's.

God, I sound like I'm gonna cry!!!

I'm not. God grant me tenacity.

Thank all of you for your kind help so far.
