PGP no longer works

Have just installed Exchange 2000 server to handle our group email and the pgp previously loaded on our client machines can no longer unencrypt email. We are using outlook 2000 in the corporate workshop mode - previously in internet only mode. Mail was previosly handled through a pop3 account.
How can i get the pgp to unencrypt again?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try to check where is the pgp files mapped to in your Microsoft Outlook.
Are they map correctly to the exact drive/folder/files it was before.
If not change it and see does it works.

Reinstalling would be the last resort.
