c:\Program Files\WallData\AS400\AS400 FTX.EXE should be the default path for your rhumba file transfer.
Open the .exe and you might be prompted for your AS/400 login. You will see an arrorw in the dialog box , this is your download direction. Make sure it is pointing PC. Select your directory by clicking the directory icon or you may just put the pah in the file text box. e.g c:\my400tfr.xls (make sure you have the extension type.) , now select the as/400 file from the right by selecting LIB/File(member). If you have a huge number of records, you will need to go to pc options , and in file type: select ms excel 4 and UNCHECK limit MS Excel records. You may need add/remove components for Rhumba if you don't have the file transfer installed. Hope this helps.

When in the transfer you need to go into prroperties, then data format, for the file type you need a BIFF format
