How to create a login, username and password in visual basic studios .net

Hello, I'm just learning on my own visual basic .net and I have created a program that requires a username and password to be entered..i would like to know if their is a way in which the username and password can be stored so that i can see who logged in to use my program and how many times they have used it.....thanx in advance

how about using the registry

SaveSetting and GetSetting

I thinks it is better using a Microsoft Access Database. Since we can password protect it also. Start to learn ADO, SQL.
