How to retrieve passwords from active directory(win2kServer)??

how can i retrieve passwords of the users in active directory without anybody letting know whats going on (anybody means admins)

Amazing.   You're on a site where probably a vast majority of the users are sysadmins, and you're asking for help hacking so that sysadmins won't know.
