Which version and edition of Crystal?

How many people will this report be sent to?

Here is code for CR8 using the OCX control

Public WithEvents cr_Report As CrystalReport

    cr_Report.ReportFileName = "FullPathofReport"
    cr_Report.Destination = crptMapi
    cr_Report.EMailSubject = "UCSRD Remarks"
    cr_Report.Action = 1
    cr_Report.Reset

It has properties for addressing the email.

If you plan to use the RDC I have that code but unfortunately the disk is not readable.  I'll post it tomorrow if you wish.

I used crystal report version 4.6.1.0

maximum people this report will accept are 20 records

if you don't mind i would like to look into your RDC code, so maybe i will apply to my program.
because i never use RDC before this.

The RDC is not available for CR4.6.  It was added in CR8.

Try using

cr_Report.EmailToList = "List of addresses"
