Got this JAVA class http://www.orgdot.com/javaopensource/JpegToSwf.java from this question http://www.experts-exchange.com/Web/WebDevSoftware/ColdFusion/Q_20778800.html  I'm just starting out with Cold Fusion, know basic design layout coding, if I can figure this one out with your help, it would be a huge step for me.  Can someone show me an example of how to  call the jpgtoswf java class with cold fusion to convert a jpg to swf.  Any help would greatly be appreciated and 500 points to the expert with the solution.

call java class like this

<CFOBJECT ACTION="CREATE" TYPE="Java" CLASS="ImageDimensions" NAME="ImageObj">

<CFSET THUMBNAIL = ImageObj.setImage("#PHOTONAME#")>

now the thumbnail variable will have the dimensions of the image.

Thats it basically. :-)

NB: do remember to set the path of the class in the cf administrator

go to server settings > Java and JVM
and in the class path text box give the physical path of the java class file. [where ver u have kept it on the server]
