Where can I find LPK_TOOL.EXE ?

I have been looking for LPK_tool.exe everywhere, and I can't find it,
Why all the links to it on the web is gone??

I tried but I didn't find easily - And when I found it, I haven't 'ACTIVEX.EXE'

You have to download the Microsoft Internet Client SDK. Here is a link. (30MB)

But.. may be you can help me... I was looking for this tool because I'll use OWC XP (OWC10) and reading a link 'how to deploy Office XP Web components' talks about 'ACTIVEX.EXE' inside the lpk_tool and I couldn' find it....
Do you know about this subject?
