error when I go to smarticon settings

I installed client r5 on about 100 PCs. On one computer when I go to file, preferences, smartIcon settings, I get a "cannot execute specified command" error. I un-installed and re-installed the client apps files. The data files are on the network and remain unchanged. I belive the problem is in the data files. What do I do????

Make sure if the WinNTIconPath in notes.ini is pointing to the correct W32 directory

eg:
WinNTIconPath=c:\notes5\data\W32
