hello,

I would like to know if its possible to make an .MSI file out of a windows 2000 CD for clean install, or if the only way to do it is which a 'model' machine and get a software to create the package (.msi)

thanks a lot for your time and help.

You can not install Windows 2000 as an MSI.

MSI packages are used to install applications.

What are you trying to do?

So far as I'm aware, you can not create a .MSI of the entire windows 2000 CD.  I can't see any way to do it!
