I cannot open Exchange Server 5.5 Administrator:
scenario:
Just recently re-installed exchange 5.5 and performed a restoration from another exchange box. The platform running is Win2000 server with DNS but not WINS. The folllowing error is generated once i try to open the Exchange Administartor:

A connection could not be made to the MES computer [\my computer].

you do not have permissions required to complete this operation.

Microsoft Exchange Directory
ID no: DS_E_Insufficient_Access_Rights

In my primary Domain NT account there was an /unknown account w/ admin permissions. i tried to remove all instances to mirror my old configuration. But my /Administartor account was service account administrator and i could not change this to admin permission only admin the configuration would not hold and i exited prematurely and now this happened. I cant get back in.
send help please...
