Duplicate checkbox component

Ehm, why duplicate and not attach? And what do you mean by "have their own value"?

because i have duplicate text field. i want to put the check box under each textfield. Is that possible to attach checkbox?can you show me an example?for the value, i want each chexk box have a value for example if the check box is clicked, i want to put product ID there, if the checkbox isn't checked, the value will be 0
