How do you clear the fax memory log form an HP LJ 4100 MFP? Currently it seems that jobs are being held in the queue and causing more fax problems (line busy, no answer, etc.). I thought if we could clear the job log it would work. Also the 4100 MFP has an on board hard drive. Is there a way to access this?<br />
