Combine wave files on the fly.

I want to use VB to create an ActiveX Dll to combine several wave files into a wave file, so
I can use this in my asp page. I don't want 3rd party dll, this is the reason I want to write one.
Is there a microsoft dll that will do the combination ? If no, how do I combine the wave files ?
