My MS Agents have lost their ability to talk

My MS Agents have lost their ability to talk.   Now they just put up text baloons, but do not speak.     How can I re-activate their speech, and how do you tell what they can do, such as how do you re-size them?  There must be a help file on this that I have failed to download.

Thanks,

Phil

hello jpedwards, ??
I'm not sure what you are asking for in your question. . . There are things in the individual Agents charater properties that can be set so there is no audio when they speak, I think there are settings in the IAgent interface that will also cut off the audio, there may also be settings in the "Agent Speech Engine" that can be set to stop audio. . . .

If you want to get the documentation for the Agents (these can be really helpful), you can go to the MSDN Agents intro page at -
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/msagent/agentstartpage_7gdh.asp

they have info there, and you may be able to download additional charaters and the Documentation for the Agent Interface
here is the ADDY for the agent developers download page
