When I did what you said, the real problem was revealed. &nbsp;The out of office agent now shows in the tools menu, but when I click on it I get the following error: <br />

The real problem is that since we went through a name change, the owner of the mail file had been updated, and the 'formula' in the box you had me toggle &quot;hide action if formula is true&quot; inhibits use of the Out of Office Agent if you aren't the owner of the database.<br />

I changed the owner to the correct one, and it's all good.<br />

Out of Office Agent Missing from Notes Client

Lotus Software produced the Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet program, and later developed Lotus Notes, a groupware and email system. Following its acquisition by IBM, the Notes and Domino client/server collaborative platform were expanded to include functions such as email, calendars, to-do lists, contacts management, teamrooms, discussion forums, file sharing, microblogging, instant messaging, blogs, and user directories. IBM also release SmartSuite, a comprehensive office suite, and followed that with Symphony, unrelated to the Lotus suite of the same name.
