Delete Domain that has no Servers

I had created a 2nd domain in my AD forest, then the server crashed leaving me with no way to dcpromo.  Is there a way to remove it from my Domain and Trusts list?  This happened several months ago and I thought it would be removed automatically.  Also there is a trust relationship still showing from the 1st domain but "Remove" is not allowed.  I was hoping there might be an ASDI Edit method to remove it.

Thanks,

First link from NADIR - under NTDSUTIL cleanup operation.

That'll fix things.
