Scroll layer not working !!!

Hey there guys,

Here is the thing; I have a combo - 3 in 1 question if you guys don't mind.

1) I have a bit of code that I have been using for some time now to create a scrolling layer window on my pages. The code I am talking about is up for your guys to see: http://home.comcast.net/~duncan-e/websites/Portfolio/scrolltest/01.html

My problem is that I am trying to incorporate this code into my site I am working on right now. When I copy the script and code for the span layers, DWMX04 seems to screw up the nested (ContentClip and Content) layer that hold the content. Well the content isn't scrolling. You can see this in action here: http://home.comcast.net/~duncan-e/websites/Portfolio/portfolio.html

I can't seem to figure out what is causing this and don't care to spend much more time trying to figure it out so any help would be welcome.

2) I have done this before but can't remember how it was done... How can I display a webpage in there? What I want to do is be able to target the layer to display a page when a link is clicked on the main page.

3) If you notice on my portfolio.html the 100% height for the main table is not sticking at 100%, this is new since I recently installed DWMX04. My old pages designed with DWMX where totally scalable. I simply used 100% for the heights on my tables in DWMX and that did the trick. Can you guys see what is causing this now?

Thanks for your help guys
Nugs

PS: if anyone has a better piece of code i can use or MX04 extension to do this scrolling layer thing please let me know.
