vb coding for for excel sheet

i want to send one worksheet out of several worksheets in excel.  I want it to auto pickup the email address on the page and pPIut an auto subject in the subject line.  Right now I am going to the worksheet I want to send and choosing FILE-SENDTO-MAIL RECIPENT-ENTER EMAIL ADDRESS ALREADY ON THE PAGE AND TYPE IN THE SAME SUBJECT-SEND
WOW so many steps   You anyone help???
