Get caller ID and time call of a call by VB

I want to get the number and time of a call.When you call your programe will detect the number and after the call it will show the time have call.
Please help me please, I want to write on my project but I don't know how to do, if someone know the activex is useful for this, please answer.

if you mean get a number=caller id then your modem needs to be caller id complient.
there is a ready code if your modem is callerid complient at
