Search within inbox does not bring up all instances

I have one user who is not able to do a search within her email properly. Search by keyword does not bring up anything (or not all instances) even though there are multiple emails with the keyword in her inbox.
When I open her mail file from my computer it does the same thing so it is not client settings as I am able to search my email correctly.
We are using Domino server R5, mail file is R5, and Lotus Notes 6 clients.
