Yes, check the zend optimizer.

u can use php-screw for encryption.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/php-screw/

u an also check php-accelerator.
http://www.php-accelerator.co.uk/

and there is also the PHP Encoder ( http://www.php-encoder.com ) which does almost exactly
the same thing as the Zend Encoder
