What you need to do for multi-line dialup is have five separate phone lines with five separate modems (or a digiboard card) connecting to your RAS server.  Then you configure those five phone lines to all respond to the same phone number.

Sometimes that can be done internally - it depends on the phone system you use.  Most often, you have to order it directly from your phone company.

The terminology I remember is a "hunt group."  What happens is you dial the one number, and the phone company's system will "hunt" for an available line within the group of lines you have installed and set up that way, and the first one it hits that is available, connects.
