hello i am trying to run a .MSI &nbsp;COM+ application proxy on my machine and i get

&quot;Error registering COM+ application. Contact your support personnel for more information&quot;

previously i have installed the same package without problems. 
 
I have checked in add/Remove programs and the old proxy is not installed. 
 
I even renamed the new proxy but still got the same error message. 
 
any ideas?

Error registering COM+ application
