I have remote users accessing my Exchange 2000 Server via POP3 access using Outlook 2000 & 2002. Originally, I had the users accessing mail via MS Exchange Server. At that time, I right-clicked each Global Address and added it to their Personal Address Book. WHen they try to send to these recipients I get the error:  No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient. BUt, they can send outside the domain OK.
