And it would be very helpfull if you explain to me

I know that I am asking for alot of things
but any help will be appreciated

Thank you in advance.

I am a PHP developer but never used Flash before.

I mentioned that I do not know any thing about Flash

I am trying and reading the tutorial and some books

Any help will be appreciated.

well:

http://www.flashkit.com/tutorials/

has loads of tutorials to help you get started.

As to embedding the flash in a html page, just go to the publish settings in flash and choose to publish html as well. That will generate you an html page which embed the flash. YOu can then just look at the code it generates.

As to have dynamic text have a look at:

http://www.actionscript-toolbox.com/flashmx_createtext.php

This is for Flash MX.
