I´m a newbie in flash,

I want to show an image in my web page with flash, i just want to put the name of the pic in the param part (or in some other part, it doesn´t matter as long as i can show different pictures with it just by changing the name) )and then it has to show it in a determined space... lets say 400 by 400 pixels

i want it to be in the movie area no matter the dimensions,
i want the picture to be resized if its dimensions are bigger
i want the flash code and the parameter code ...
it has to run in flash mx

regards and thanks in advance,
