From field on Outlook when composing new email

When composing a new email it gives me a from field and asks me who the email is coming from instead of picking that up on its own?  When writing a new email it should only give you a blank for TO, CC, and Subject instead it is giving me a blank to put in who the email is coming from also.  The user is setup on a Microsoft Exchange 2000 server just like all other users in the company using microsoft office 2000 on Windows 2000 Pro.

Have the user start a new message, then click on View, and unselect "From field".  That should do it.
