install fonts..?

I am trying to run a power point slide show from a cdr that is automated as much as possible. i have setup a autorun.inf that runs a batch file. the batch file installs the power point viewer without telling the user at all. but when the slide show runs the fonts are wrong. i setup the batch file to copy the fonts like this:

if not exist %windir%\fonts\fontname.ttf goto copy

:copy
copy fontname.ttf %windir%\fonts

But  when the file is ran and the fonts get copied the slide show still doesn't have the right fonts. when i copy the fonts over in explorer a install bar goes by a few times showing me the installation of the fonts. the slide show then works correctly. how can i automate the installation process of the fonts if the batch file doesn't work?

Hey Computer Guru,

Think win explorer may add a registry value automatically. Chekc out this link:

Says nt needs to reboot first, but would be surprised if that was the case with 2k or xp

didn't work.. i think you have to restart for it to take affect. but when you use win explorer it works right away!! darn it.
