reasign desktop to another folder/partition

how can i reasign the default destop location to another folder/partition?
any registry edit possible?

Open Tweak to the My Computer tab and in the box labled folders locate the one(s) you want to move or rename and select it then click on the Change Location button

For Tweak it is actualy Double Click "My Computer" and then click on Special Folders
