How can I set up an agent that does this....

I have a simple agent (not a programer per-se) that looks at the Author or "From" field on all incoming mail and if it isn't one of several addressees, it puts it into the "Spam" box for further checkin.
The "several addressees" are only what I could hand put in the simple action on "when new mail arrives"
Can someone offer me code that would compare the incoming "From" addressee to a list I can keep on my C: drive and update there?
(please be as specific as you can to help me do this)

Here is the readymade soln which gives you step by step info on setting up the spam addresses

This spam list is not maintained on drive rather it is built into the database
