E315 SuperIO jumpers

I'm looking for the jumper settings for an old SuperIO card marked only with "E315" and "0192". It's got a UMC UM82C862F controller chip.

nope... checked that set already...

it's got 13 jumpers, one IDE, one floppy, two serial connectors, as well as parallel & gameport D connectors.

http://www.anime.net/~gigagon/PT607G.PDF is the only one I've found w/13 jumpers
