Refresh Frame in HTML

Hi Experts,

   I have two Frames in Html Page on is left Frame and another is MainFrame when i click on submit on the mainFrame i need to refresh the leftFrame using Java script.

  Please suggest me in this regard or give me some sample example to solve this.

call from's submit method and then
parent.leftFrame.location.href = <your page url>; // refresh left frame
