One of the managers in my company has a weird issue:
when he works offline with his laptop, and synchronizes his outlook (exchange 5.5), he recieves his Emails just fine. when he replies to an Email, it goes to the Outbox, as it should. but, when he tries to sinchronize again (send his e-mails), or if he connects in CONNECT mode, the mails in his OUTBOX are not sent. the synchronization windows shows error "Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server - Sending' reported error (0x8004011D): 'The server is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists'. i have done all i can think of, including uninstalling office XP (including Office Removal Wizard), and re-installing office XP again - but the problem is the same...
Microsoft confirms it is a problem, and that there is a fix (821188), but i cant find where to download the fix from. i would appreciate any help.
