Thanks for the reply! Actually after the post, I upgraded the user to Office 2003 and now... all is well. In fact sync is much faster!<br />

We have Exchange 2003 running on Windows 2003 server, with an Win XP SP1a Laptop with Outlook 2002 (with SP1 &amp;&nbsp;SP2 applied). This user's Outlook has been cfg for offline use and he is syncing folders during exiting from the domain exchg server, and gets this error: &nbsp;Task Microsoft Exchange Server reported error (0x80070057) : Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid.<br />

Could this error be a problem with Outlook 2002? Should I upgrade to Outlook 2003 to resolve? Or are there other items to address?<br />
