How do I solve CKSERVE issue in a network Directory

When I sign in to my computer I get a message" CKSERVEis not running on the network, to run this program, you must install CKSERVE and must be serving the network". Please help to resolve this matter. It is annoying to see that message with a loud bang every time I sign in.
Thanks

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You have some software which requires licensing via a network licensing server and either you can't contact that server, there is no server, or your license client is screwed up.

Crypkey License Service by Kenonic Corp is used by software vendors to control licensing for a variety of products.

You'll either have to fix the licensing issue, uninstall the software or stop the Crypkey service.
