To print via TCP/IP from NT4 you must create an LPR port. If LPR is not available as one of the available port types, go to Network Neighbourhood properties and install the Microsoft TCP/IP printing services. Reboot, and LPR should be available (click on the Ports tab in Printer properties, then on Add Port).

When you create an LPR port, you need 2 things: the IP address of the printer, and the "remote queue name". This is printer dependent. I'm not sure which names the RT+ supports, but Lexmark Marknet normally use "/prt0".
