Finding the values rel. to props. of a shortcut

From within a button click event I want to use the IWshShortcut(I believe that is the right interface) interface to load a shorcut passing in
it's path and then find out the value of it's targetpath property for my
asp.net app. How do I achieve the above? A code sample in c# will be great.
