I have a folder called BCS that has some encrypted files in it.  I had to reformat my pc and when i backed up the files, windows never prompted me to unencrypt them.  I have read online about a program called cipher.exe and i used it to create the 2 encrypted .pfx and .cer files.  I would greatly appreciate any help on this matter - Brian

I hate to be the one to tell you this but these files are pretty much unrecoverable becuase when you formatted the drive you lost the certificates need to unencrypt these files.
