Delphi and Apache

Is it possible to connect from Delphi to Apache through sockets? (Delphi is the client).. I tried using ClientSockets but it seems the the Apache isn't receiving the string I sent.

please help. thanks.

What happens when you try to connect? Did it reject the connection or did you send something to it and your program is waiting for some data to return?

If it's the former, make sure you can access a webpage from a browser first.
If it's the latter, make sure that you have a blank line as well like "GET / HTTP/1.0"#13#10#13#10. You should also make sure to send the CRLF pair, not one or the other.
