how to convert bmp file into PDF format through VB

I have some text with lines on picturebox, i need to save this in a file and same file i need to mail as attachment.

i am saving the image of picturebox as BMP file, but the size of file is too large and not possible to mail it.

is there any way to convert the BMP file into PDF Format through VB, or can i save image of picture box in any other format which result in small size.

please help me, it is very urgent and important task for my career.
