hi to all,

in my project i have to record the voice and save it . for recording the voice  how to write the code. i want to be done it in a easy way.

There is an MFC class for recording sound at http://www.codeguru.com/multimedia/echosound.html which also includes a class for playing the sound.

If you need speech specifically, and want to do compression, you could use speex, an open source speech compression standard: http://www.speex.org/
