I have a user using Outlook 2000. &nbsp; When trying to open an Excel attachment, it gives the following sequence of error messages:<br />
<br />
File not loaded Completely<br />
<br />
Downgrading Impcat on Goodwill.doc:file format is not valid<br />
Reconcilation of file format is invalid.<br />
<br />
It will give these messages with the only difference being that the file name in Downgrading part has changed. &nbsp; It is almost as if it is referencing all previous attachments.<br />

In the background it looks as if his .pst file is being opened in Excel. &nbsp; The document eventually opens but it has all those others errors as well. &nbsp; &nbsp;Any ideas before I try to just uninstall and reinstall Office?
