Why can't they fix this freakin' interface to allow author to post a comment and accept at the same time like the old, old system?

I dunno. I wasn't around for the old, old system - I started here in March of this year.

Altho I get the impression that they are loathe to reproduce anything that predates the bankruptcy acquisition.
