I know at one time I was able to change views to thumbnails, now when I change views I see boxes with little multi-colored boxes within.<br />

I have tried reinstalling W2k to see if that would correct the problem, however it hasn't.<br />

Any suggestions?

Windows 2000 is an operating system for use on both client and server computers.
