Automatic Stop of exchange services before Backup

Hi, how can i automatic stops some services from exchange server 5.5 before the backup and start it again after the backup is done (time backup 4 hours) ?

Either you an Exchange aware backup, so you don't have to worry about this, or create two batch files that are called before/after your backup runs. The batch files can start/stop services via the use of the NET START and NET STOP
