hi,

I posted this question in app, but I had no luck to solve it:

and looks like some people have the same problems:

Maybe it is because the OS???  Can you guys help?  Thanks.

couple of things you can try here:

1. Increase the temporary cache size. Go to IE options, under Temp interent files, click on settings and increase the value you see there.

2. Clear all the Temp internet files folder.

If step1 and 2 dont work, try these..

3. Repair IE

4. Reinstall IE.

Sometimes if you have Real Player installed in your computer, there seems to be this problem. The options I have suggested aren't 100% successful all the time. But it has worked for me quite a number of times.
